I have noticed your collection of workout based animations. I will await a compilation of them. Note: There are several unaffected muscles: The trapezius, pectorals, triceps group and the ulna radial set. Enlargen the muscles during the animation and the improvement would be very noticeable.

The images are sketched out by previous references by me, and then traced carefully on ink in Procreate than I convert them in different fx and filters to make it a gif. Thanks for the copyright concern tho 😊
